Share Festival in Torino

*My brave little tech-art festival, they just don’t stop!

SHARE PROJECT presents STARTING - WAITING FOR SHARE FESTIVAL XVI, with a calendar for the whole month of December of online initiatives on www.toshareproject.it. 

 ART + MUSIC + WORKSHOP A multisensory journey, which opens on 12.12.2020 with the sounds of “GROUND - A COMMON EXPERIMENTAL NIGHT - OFFLIVE ONLINE”, the first virtual live show of the experimental music collectives of the Turin music scene PIETRA TONALE, COMET, AUDIOHACKLAB and NOISE DELIVERY . 

 In a real new molecule of real and virtual, the second musical appointment features ALGORITMI, a project that hybridizes contemporary art with electronic music, clubbing and live coding presents: HYPERCUBE (Rodrigo Passannanti) + reactive visual of the artist 3D DUSKY_CG, MALARKI (Patrick Coleman) and PUGA. Guests in the virtual space in UXR: Zone, The Circle. The ART section is enriched with “BORN TO BE ONLINE”. With a click you enter a new experiential dimension. 

An anthology of nine artists from the international scene, present in the Share Project database, who respond to the need for “art on the net, art for the web”. A virtual exhibition, a reflection that starts from the past and reaches the present, to imagine a shared future. STAY TUNED to discover the names of the selected artists!

 Live streaming on all social media channels, the Call for Artists will be launched for the 14th edition of Share Prize, the Italian award dedicated to digital art in its countless forms. It concludes with the presentation of Artmaker V, Share’s exclusive generative project, now in its fifth edition, which connects the world of art with the world of makers. The selected artists will involve users in an open discussion to offer their point of view. An opportunity to discover the new Artmaker Bag together, with its analog and digital tool kit.

 The Share Education offer is expanded. FablabKids, in collaboration with MakerFaire Turin, Officine Innesto, Share Campus invite the little ones to two creative online workshops: “Create your first video game” & “100 years of Bauhaus. Introduction to 3D printing “ With the aim of bringing young people closer to technology and science, the activities allow girls and boys / boys aged 5-14 to take their first steps in the world of skills of the future: coding, robotics, electronics, modeling, 3d printing, digital citizenship. ARTE + MUSICA + WORKSHOP

Un viaggio multisensoriale, che si inaugura il 12.12.2020 con i suoni di “GROUND – A COMMON EXPERIMENTAL NIGHT – OFFLIVE ONLINE”, il primo live show virtuale dei collettivi di musica sperimentale della scena musicale torinese PIETRA TONALE, COMET, AUDIOHACKLAB e NOISE DELIVERY.

In una vera e propria nuova molecola di reale e virtuale il secondo appuntamento musicale vede protagonisti ALGORITMI, progetto che ibrida l’arte contemporanea con la musica elettronica, il clubbing e il live coding presenta: HYPERCUBE(Rodrigo Passannanti) + reactive visual dell’artista 3D DUSKY_CG, MALARKI (Patrick Coleman) e PUGA.

Ospiti nello spazio virtuale in UXR:Zone, The Circle.

La sezione ARTE si arricchisce con “BORN TO BE ONLINE”. Con un click si entra in nuova dimensione esperienziale. Un’antologia di nove artisti della scena internazionale, presenti nel database di Share Project, che rispondono all'esigenza "arte in rete, arte per la rete”.
Una mostra virtuale, riflessione che parte dal passato e giunge fino al presente, per immaginare un futuro condiviso.

In diretta streaming su tutti i canali social, verrà lanciata la Call for Artists per la XIV edizione di Share Prize, il premio italiano dedicato all’arte digitale nelle sue innumerevoli forme.

Si conclude con la presentazione di Artmaker V, l’esclusivo progetto generativo di Share, giunto alla quinta edizione, che mette in relazione il mondo dell’arte con il mondo maker.
Gli artisti selezionati coinvolgeranno gli utenti in una open discussion per offrire il loro punto di vista.
Un’occasione per scoprire insieme la nuova Artmaker Bag, con il suo kit di attrezzi analogici e digitali.

Con l'intento di avvicinare i più giovani alla tecnologia e alla scienza, le attività permettono a ragazzine e ragazzini/ragazzin* di età 5- 14 di muovere i primi passi nel mondo delle competenze del futuro: coding, robotica, elettronica, modellazione, stampa 3d, cittadinanza digitale.
